Each package gives you ten hours at the estate, the first floor of the historic house, a bridal suite, a groom’s suite, and a kitchen staging area for your caterer. You also get a professional day of coordinator, a one hour rehearsal, and a parking attendant to help your guests arrive smoothly.
Signature for Larger Guest Lists
Signature fits up to 130 guests, so it works well for bigger celebrations. It covers your ceremony and reception in our indoor and outdoor spaces, along with tables, white folding chairs, cocktail tables, linens, glassware, a welcome sign, and a champagne wall. Dinner is a buffet for up to 100 guests. Your DJ and emcee play your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception for up to five hours, with dance floor uplighting. Floral centerpieces for up to 13 tables, ceremony florals, and sweetheart table florals are included too.
Classic for Couples Who Want Photos Handled
Classic fits up to 100 guests and suits you if photos are high on your list. You’ll say your vows on the estate lawn, and your photographer can use the historic house, the lawn, and the poolside areas as backdrops. The package includes eight hours of professional photography, edited images, and a private online gallery. You’ll also receive a bridal bouquet, a groom’s boutonniere, and a water and lemonade station. Videography, cake, and bartending are add ons, so you choose where to spend.
Grand for the Most in One Booking
Grand is the closest we come to a complete wedding in a single booking, and it fits 100 guests. Along with the venue and entertainment, you get a buffet dinner with two entrees, two sides, salad, and rolls, plus a wedding cake for 100 guests. A licensed bartender serves beer and wine, and you provide the alcohol. Two photographers and two videographers cover up to eight hours each, and you receive a highlight film. A ceremony arch, a fire pit with s’mores, a sparkler or rose petal send off, event security, and liability insurance come along too.
What Still Costs Extra
No package covers everything, and we’d rather tell you now than surprise you later. A tent costs extra in Signature and Classic. In both of those packages, overnight stays, additional hours, and upgraded florals are optional add ons. Signature also lists photography, videography, cake, and bartending as add ons, while Classic lists a photo booth and specialty lighting. All three wedding packages run ten hours. Our corporate event package runs eight hours, in case you’re also planning a company gathering at the estate.
Is alcohol included in the packages?
Our Grand package includes a licensed bartender for beer and wine, but you provide the alcohol. In Signature and Classic, bartending is an optional add on.
